Those are golden eagles.
I have a friend in Kyrgyzstan right now with the Peace Corps. I'm getting her to bring me home one of those eagles.(just kidding)
I missed the chance to go to Kyrgyzstan on business 3 years ago too. Darn. I had a conflict so the trip was given to a colleague and then delayed two months so I could have gone after all. Darn.
